How cashback works
When you click a deal on VST Deals, the store pays us a commission on anything you buy. If you were signed in when you clicked, we share a slice of that commission with you. The badge on each deal shows which stores offer cashback and roughly how much.
It only tracks if…
- You're signed in to VST Deals before you click the deal.
- You go straight from our site to the store and complete your purchase there.
- Your browser allows the store's tracking. Ad-blockers, private windows, and some privacy tools strip affiliate tracking — if the store can't see the click came from us, there's no commission and nothing to share. We can't fix that after the fact.
If you visit the store some other way (search, a bookmark, another site's link), that purchase won't track — even if you saw the deal here first.
Pending vs available
New cashback shows as pending while the store's return window runs its course — typically 30–90 days depending on the store. Once the store confirms the sale, it becomes available to withdraw. If an order is refunded, cancelled, or the store declines the commission, the pending cashback is removed. The store's report is final — we mirror what they tell us and can't overrule it.
Getting paid
Withdrawals go to your PayPal email (set it on your account page) once your available balance reaches £10. Amounts are converted to GBP using the exchange rate on the day the store reported the sale.
Fair play
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse cashback and close accounts in cases of abuse — including self-referral schemes, bulk or automated clicking, multiple accounts, fraudulent orders, or anything else designed to game the system rather than buy things you actually want.
The practical stuff
- Cashback rates can change or be withdrawn at any time; the rate applied is the one in effect when the store reports your purchase.
- Cashback is a goodwill share of our commission, not a price promise or a guarantee.
